Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Territory Manager to cover San Joaquin & Calaveras Counties. You will build lasting customer relationships and help clients optimize operations with forklift and warehouse solutions.

You'll work on a road-based role with a company-provided vehicle, engage with parts, service, and rental teams, and advance within a stable family-owned organization offering strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment required.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Driver's license with good driving record.
• Must reside in, or relocate to, San Joaquin County.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and replacement equipment.
• Deliver lift truck and warehouse solutions to improve productivity, safety and profitability.
• Collaborate with parts, service and rental teams to provide complete material handling solutions.
• Develop new business and support existing customers across the territory.
• Represent Pape’ Material Handling as a knowledgeable and dependable resource in the market.
