Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of lift trucks and warehouse solutions across the San Joaquin and Calaveras counties.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, identify new and replacement equipment opportunities, and coordinate with parts, service, and rental teams to deliver complete material handling solutions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in or relocate to San Joaquin County.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and replacement equipment.
• Deliver lift truck and warehouse solutions to improve productivity, safety, and profitability.
• Develop new business while supporting existing customers within the territory.
• Represent Pape’ Material Handling as a knowledgeable and dependable resource across the territory.
• Collaborate with parts, service, and rental teams to provide complete material handling solutions.
