Job summary

REHAU Interior Solutions is seeking an outgoing Territory Sales Manager to cover the East Coast and Midwest regions. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts and creating new business in the interior solutions market, with emphasis on millwork and edging products.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of outside sales experience and a background in millwork, woodworking, and laminate fabrication. A base salary plus commission is offered, with SAP knowledge advantageous and full-time benefits

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in outside sales.
Background in millwork, woodworking and laminate fabrication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; support customers; negotiate prices and contracts within limited authority; conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Develop sales plans for customers and monitor activities to meet objectives.
Collaborate with supply chain on product availability while driving sales growth with partners.
Monitor competitors and set competitive pricing in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager; place and negotiate offers.
Conduct ongoing market research and plan customer events.
