Job summary

Metrie, North America's leading interior millwork manufacturer, seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales, margin and account relationships in Southern PA, Western PA, and West Virginia with up to 50% travel.

You will generate new accounts, grow existing ones, and report to the Sales Manager in Frederick, MD, bringing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, outside sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, HubSpot and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Love to work in an outside sales environment
• Experience dealing with purchasing agents, senior buyers and small business owners
• Passion for customer service and building rapport with prospective and existing customers
• Passion for learning and growth and living our values
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in SAP, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for business travel
• Experience selling to customers in construction/building materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, margin, and overall customer relationships in assigned region
• Generate new accounts in the territory and identify growth within existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communities, and suppliers
• Report to Sales Manager at Frederick, MD branch and meet branch/region targets
