Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3–5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Experience with distributors and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined regional territory with annual business plans.
• Partner with distributors to drive sell-through and category penetration.
• Use solution-based selling to position Pearl products.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent Pearl at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
