Job summary

Pearlman Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager for Pearl Abrasive. You will drive growth through strategic distributor partnerships, solution-based selling, and market development in industrial and construction channels.

You will manage a defined book of business, identify new opportunities via data analysis and end-user engagement, and collaborate with key distributors to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of B2B sales in industrial, construction, or MRO channels.
• Proven distributor management and multi-distributor sales track record.
• Strong territory planning, account development, and solution selling skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined regional territory with annual business plans.
• Partner with distribution and channel partners to drive sell-through.
• Leverage solution-based selling to position Pearl products.
• Execute account plans with joint reviews, promos, and category expansion.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product management.
• Train distributor sales teams on Pearl products and profitability.
• Represent Pearl at trade shows, jobsite demos, and events.
