Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and lead a team of merchandisers within a specified territory. You will develop data-driven sales strategies, manage store relationships, and ensure accurate product placement and planograms.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends. A company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandiser from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities for HQ programs.
