Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Direct sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales representative team in territory.
• Coach and train reps to hit KPIs.
• Ensure accurate sales orders and timely installations.
• Provide customer and sales support.
• Review performance reports for improvements.
• Recruit and onboard reps.
• Conduct ride-alongs for coaching.
• Handle in-home consultations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
