Job summary

Unified Home Solutions seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across insulation, garage door, and window divisions in Northeast Ohio. You will drive prospecting, cold calls, networking, and in-person visits while mentoring a sales team to achieve targets and close deals.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategy development, and collaboration with operations to deliver superior customer service and growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in sales with team management, coaching, and development.
• Experience in residential home services or related industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, business development, and closing.
• Strong relationships, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth across insulation, garage door, and window divisions.
• Prospect, cold call, network, and conduct in-person customer visits; follow up diligently.
• Develop sales strategies and coach team for accountability and results.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align targets and execution.
