Job summary

Leaf Home Bath in the South Bend region is seeking a Sales Manager to lead independent direct sellers and grow the assigned territory. You will work with the Installation team to ensure accurate orders, timely installations, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in direct sales, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proven ability to recruit, train, and coach sales reps. Travel locally and a results-driven mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in direct sales or equivalent.
• Experience generating performance reports from a CRM system.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train direct sales representatives.
• Lead training programs for new and existing reps.
• Manage lead results and reporting.
• Review sales performance reports to identify improvements.
• Provide customer and sales support.
• Coordinate with Installation team for orders and installation.
• Conduct ride-alongs to coach reps.
• Conduct in-home sales consultations.
• Lead local marketing and canvassing to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
