Job summary

Leaf Home Solutions is seeking a results-driven sales leader to manage and grow an assigned territory in Summerville, SC. You will lead independent contractor Sales Representatives and work with the Installation team to ensure accurate orders, timely installations, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven direct sales experience, a hands-on leadership style, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a direct sales role.
• Ability to travel in local market including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift focus as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales representative team within the territory.
• Coordinate with Installation team for accurate orders and timely installations.
• Achieve defined sales metrics in the assigned territory.
• Provide customer and sales support by responding to inquiries and requests.
• Review sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales representatives.
• Perform ride-alongs to coach sales performance.
• Complete in-home sales consultations as needed.
