Veridian Service Partners in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing in-home and outdoor services sales team in a defined territory. You will drive revenue growth through coaching, field selling, and strategic planning, while collaborating with marketing and operations for customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and develop sales staff, monitor performance, and ensure strong CRM usage and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with a one-call-close sales model.
• Ability to travel ~10-25% in assigned market area.
• Proven success managing outside sales in home improvement, construction, or outdoor services.
• Strong leadership and coaching for field-based teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven performance management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for high-leverage accounts.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of outside sales representatives to meet sales and margin goals.
• Recruit, train and develop sales team members for product knowledge and closing effectiveness.
• Participate in field activities for real-time coaching and consistent process execution.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop targeted improvement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and territory management.
• Monitor pipeline activity and CRM data accuracy for forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure superior customer experience.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth handoffs and satisfaction.
• Implement incentive programs to drive motivation and results.
• Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategy as needed.
