Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or sales leadership.
• Coaching and influencing sales professionals to drive growth and customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to launch or grow a business.
• Ability to recruit entrepreneurs who want to own their own business.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
