Job summary

Alt is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined North Carolina territory and coach a small team. You’ll partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute market strategy, develop facilities, and drive admission growth while staying close to the field.

You will manage 20–30 key accounts, build relationships with discharge planners and leadership, and guide reps through coaching, pipeline reviews, and weekly cadences for predictable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with quota attainment.
• 1+ year in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers.
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory, targeting high-value referral sources.
• Lead as a player-coach: manage accounts while coaching 2–5 reps.
• Develop reps through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and coaching.
• Build strategic facility partnerships and secure referrals.
• Run weekly operating cadence with data-backed territory reviews.
