Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Territory Manager for the Richardson and Plano area to build relationships, drive sales, and enhance profitability in the foodservice industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with existing accounts while also hunting for new business, all underpinned by a comprehensive training program aimed at your success. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and motor vehicle record must be in good standing.
• Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and educate customers on ordering platforms and provide consultations.
• Drive sales by increasing case growth and acquiring new business.
• Work collaboratively with specialists and manage deliveries.
• Develop new business using market intelligence and participate in trade shows.
