Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, the leading exterior building products manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Colorado and Wyoming. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive profitable growth by developing market plans, analyzing customers, and expanding our footprint with contractors.

The role requires 8+ years in sales/marketing or sales management, experience in commercial construction, and travel 50–60% (2–3 overnights/week).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Ability to travel 50% - 60% (2-3 overnights a week).

Responsibilities

• Position within MBCI's Commercial Roof & Wall segment with direct sales to subcontractors, general contractors & roofing contractors.
• Develops and implements market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market.
• Understand key customers’ business and the metrics that drive each account.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Ability to work with Operating Systems.
