Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution and drive in-store success across the assigned Oregon territory. You will energize retailers, optimize displays, and align HQ programs with local needs to grow sales and profitability.

In this role, you will manage a team of merchandisers, collaborate with store personnel, and design smart schedules to maximize shelf impact and customer satisfaction. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across accounts.
• Lead and coach merchandisers and full/part-time staff.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Consult and sell on-site to customers, securing incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships.
• Operate within safety and company guidelines.
