Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in corrugated packaging.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated manufacturing and packaging design.
• Proven success in territory expansion and new account acquisition.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers and securing new business in the region.
• Assess packaging requirements and propose customized solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and win new accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, coordinating with operations, design, and customer service.
• Manage territory activity, maintain pipeline, and provide forecasts and account plans.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
