Husqvarna Construction, part of Husqvarna Group, seeks a Distribution District Manager to drive profitable sales in the Wisconsin and Michigan (Upper Peninsula) territory. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining key relationships, and achieving monthly sales budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel 50% (primarily by car).

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Sales required.
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid technical ability.
• Solid knowledge of CFS (Customer Focused Sales).
• Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time, most often by car.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget and forecast accurately for territory.
• Grow market share and develop key customer relationships.
• Test tooling and equipment with customers; address competitive position.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate post-sale support and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth.
