This role emphasizes technical support, CRM discipline, and results-oriented selling. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to half the time, primarily by

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a related field.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; BS in Business Admin preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid technical ability and knowledge of Customer Focused Sales (CFS).
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, primarily by car.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget and forecast accuracy for the territory.
• Develop and expand relationships with key customers and decision makers.
• Execute basket selling to become primary supplier in core product categories.
• Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and manage expense reporting and policy-compliant car stock reconciliation.
