Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Santa Paula, CA to up-sell and manage fulfillment and merchandising across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes retention and penetration of both small and large format retailers within the territory, with a focus on Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday with early start times, and includes benefits, bonus potential, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and distribution.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials and revamps.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Assist in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placements.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the beverage section, racks, and displays.
• Assist in sale, placement and changes of vendors in chain stores; ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all accounts, including promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking.
• Maintain and update back stock levels to support continuous stocking.
