Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage Direct Store Delivery for regional grocery accounts in Northern California. You will build the customer relationship, drive distribution, and execute a net sales and margin strategy across KDP brands.

The role requires strong planning, negotiation and analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to travel up to 20%. A proven track record in leading regional sales plans is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years sales experience managing regional/national accounts in packaged goods.
• Ability to negotiate complex non-commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project and people management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and collaborative with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer sales strategies and account plans to achieve volume objectives and promotional plans.
• Analyze data to derive insights for strategic plans, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Create customer presentations with cross-functional teams including supply chain, category management, and finance.
• Manage trade budgets and conduct monthly volume/forecast reviews with leadership.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to align selling activities and drive performance.
