Job summary
Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will oversee stocking, store communication, and project completion.
The role requires flexibility and strong customer service and sales experience, with a high school diploma and valid driver's license. Travel to additional locations may be necessary; you will report to the Market Sales Manager and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales required.
- Must be independent and self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work nights, overnights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with store associates and management.
- Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
- Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
- Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
- Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
