Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting directly to the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store personnel, train and develop teams, and educate customers on product lines while maintaining policy standards and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Have detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of handheld device functions and use.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
