Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive store sales, and align with retailer and client expectations. Reports to the Market Sales Manager, with responsibilities spanning training, education, and daily field execution.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel to multiple store locations may be needed, with a focus on execution excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to speak with customers and coworkers in real time.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and other leaders.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high-quality work in all store areas to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use the handheld device proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
