Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative in Boise, ID to drive growth in our sacroiliac joint implant solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and manage a defined territory while building surgeon relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing educational and promotional activities.

You will train surgeons on iFuse procedures, meet quotas, handle travel, and provide in-room support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role in medical devices or pharma.
• Experience in orthopedics or spine is a plus.
• Strong relationships with local physician groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Regional Sales Director and manages a defined territory.
• Identify, target and train surgeons for iFuse cases to meet quotas.
• Market to clinicians to raise awareness and referrals for SI joint treatment.
• Provide in-room technical support during procedures and travel as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Manage travel and expenses within regional guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales management to support education and outreach.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business
