Job summary

SI-BONE, Inc is seeking a Territory Manager in the Boston area to oversee a defined sales territory. You will lead outreach to spine surgeons, coordinate implant procedures, and drive adoption of the iFuse system while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, orthopedics/spine experience, and strong leadership/communication skills to work with surgeons and hospital staff. This is a field-based, full-time position in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in medical device sales territory management.
• Experience in Orthopedics and spine is highly desired.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate with senior management, and train surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Report to Regional Sales Director and manage the specific territory.
• Provide leadership to ensure company goals are achieved.
• Target, qualify, and train key spine surgeons and schedule implants.
• Coordinate training of local surgeons and hospital staff.
• Meet goals and quotas set by Regional Sales Director.
• Drive adoption of SI-BONE products with key opinion leaders.
