Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative for the Boise area. You will manage the territory, lead training of surgeons for iFuse cases, and drive clinician-focused marketing to maximize referrals.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will work to meet quotas, develop relationships with surgeons, and support in-room cases as needed. Base salary 60k-80k with monthly variable pay; stock offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years in medical device sales.
• Experience in orthopedics or spine is preferred.
• Strong relationships with clinician groups and learning mindset with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plan to meet sales quotas.
• Identify, train, and support surgeons for iFuse cases.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness and referrals.
• Provide in-room support and technical assistance as needed.
