Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Manager for Chicago South to drive growth in the sacropelvic space. You will manage the territory, lead surgeon education, and coordinate hospital approvals for the iFuse system, working under the Regional Sales Director.

The role calls for building strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and key opinion leaders, while ensuring compliance with QSR/ISO regulations and company policy. A proactive, ethical leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales territory management in medical devices.
• Experience working with spine surgeons and product advocates preferred.
• Orthopedics/spine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the specific territory and report to the Regional Sales Director.
• Lead and train key spine surgeons and coordinate cases for iFuse implants.
• Meet goals and quotas set by the Regional Sales Director and senior management.
• Coordinate hospital approvals and surgeon education programs in the local communities.
