Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas, TX area. The role focuses on mastering the full Victaulic product line, engaging mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners, and driving project pursuits from design to commissioning.

You will travel as needed, build a strong local network, and work with distributors to deliver value-added solutions in commercial construction and PVF markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services, especially in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through design, specifications, drawings, bidding, job site training, and final commissioning.
• Develop lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Gather quotation information and lead internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate activities with Victaulic distributors to ensure the best customer experience.
