Job summary

The Hershey Company is hiring a Territory Sales Lead for Madison, WI. You will drive flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with major retailers in your territory, building consultative relationships and executing action plans to increase incremental sales.

Responsibilities include data analysis, route optimization, and maximizing merchandising opportunities while maintaining 100% distribution of Hershey items across channels.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required; 2-year degree or 3 years sales exp may substitute.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred for advanced roles.
• Valid US driver’s license and territory residency within or near Madison.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales within the territory.
• Leverage relationships to influence merchandising and promotions.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Conduct store walkthroughs to maximize display opportunities and sales.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports and manage administrative tasks.
