Job summary

Align Technology, a global leader in digital orthodontics, is seeking a Territory Manager in California to drive Invisalign and iTero sales with key accounts.

You will apply consultative selling, manage orthodontists and general dentists, and plan territory strategies to grow revenue and case volume while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B or medical device sales, a valid driver's license, and comfort with business and clinical discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with 4+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Comfort discussing business metrics (ROI, cash flow) and clinical aspects of Invisalign/iTero.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply consultative selling to educate customers and drive modernization of their practice.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists to grow business.
• Plan and execute Territory plans; onboard high-potential accounts.
• Use data/analytics to guide customer decisions and maximize value of Align solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs.
