Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock areas, and communicate with stores. You will educate customers about product lines and ensure client expectations are met, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

Required are a high school diploma, ability to lift heavy objects, valid driver’s license, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong English communication. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Ability to lift objects as described in the duties.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work and confidentiality.
• Communicate success or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device effectively and accurately.
