Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will be responsible for project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires leadership, strength in electronics/tech products, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnights.
• Experience with electronics/technical products.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device effectively for store operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
