Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the United States. You will supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock areas, and ensure communication with stores and clients.

You will educate staff on our brands and product lines and report to the Market Sales Manager. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong customer service and sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Leads.
• Educate customers and staff on brands and product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
