Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and ensure client expectations are met across designated stores. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, effective store communication, and consistent execution of brand standards.

You will train Merchandisers, educate store staff on product lines, manage daily operations, and report progress to the Market Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email are required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and other Territory Sales Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high-quality work in all areas of the store to meet client expectations.
• Understand and apply company policies across operations.
• Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld devices effectively for field tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
