Job summary

The role reports to the Market Sales Manager. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance are required, along with a flexible

• Valid driver’s license required; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance up to 100 lbs.
• Customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
