Anderson Merchandisers in South Williamson, KY is hiring a Territory Retail Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure store standards are met. You will train staff, educate customers, and maintain operations while working closely with the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer service or sales experience, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Base pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain store standards and drive retailer/client satisfaction.
• Communicate successes and barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Handle store operations and project-related tasks as assigned.
