Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead in the United States to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will oversee store areas, train staff, and communicate with the Market Sales Manager while educating customers on product lines.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet client expectations.
• Maintain company policies knowledge.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Understand handheld device functions and use them effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
