Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication under the Market Sales Manager.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and have a High School diploma or equivalent with a valid driver's license. Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
