Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role focuses on project completion, stocking, and effective store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store staff, train and mentor Merchandisers and seasonal staff, and educate customers on our brands. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in customer service or sales required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
