Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will educate store personnel on product lines and projects while ensuring accurate, high-quality work and adherence to company policies.

The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift items as needed. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Independent and self-motivated with flexible schedule.
