Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking areas, store communication, and educating customers about product lines.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager, train staff, build rapport with store personnel, and maintain confidentiality. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency in real-time communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel about product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Know handheld device functions and keep information confidential.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer.
