The Hershey Company in Central Long Island, NY is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with retailers. The TSL will master promotional strategies and ensure distribution of Hershey items across all classes of trade.

A successful candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial, and influential, with a focus on building relationships, analyzing data, and optimizing merchandising within the assigned territory.

Qualificações

• GED or HS Diploma (or higher) is required.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree or 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data to inform decisions.
• Review routes and modify plans to maximize efficiency and sales.
• Conduct store walk-throughs to maximize merchandising opportunities and gain commitments from KDMs.

Formação académica
