Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. The role includes stocking, store communication, and project completion across designated areas.

The position requires experience in sales or customer service, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Strong technical device familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Experience with electronics/technical products
• Independent and self-motivated
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends
• Proficient computer, internet, and email use
• Customer service or sales experience

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Train, supervise, and develop merchandisers and leads
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Understand and apply company policies
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager
• Be proficient with handheld device functions
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer data
