Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations. You will manage project completion, stocking, and store communications while educating customers and staff on product lines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service or sales background, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English language proficiency required (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and other Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Know and use handheld device functions and data-entry tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
