Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking, store communication, and educating customers about product lines and brands.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, flexibility for nights and weekends, and English proficiency. Travel to additional locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Minimum conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.
• Project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, and store communication.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and client brands.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
