Continental Battery Systems is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in an assigned territory, expanding our customer base and increasing sales with existing clients. The role emphasizes outside sales, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across the sales process.

The position requires mobility, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred.
• MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Improve customer relationships, grow profit margin and sales value with current customers.
• Expand sales by obtaining and developing new customers within an assigned territory or market.
• Support the development of the sales team, perform regular reporting to support sales planning and analysis.
• Duties shall be away from the office to solicit clients 60% or more of the time, with possible deliveries and consignments.
