Continental Battery Systems is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base and grow sales within an assigned territory. The role focuses on outside sales, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with current customers.

You will support the sales team, prepare compelling proposals, and use NetSuite for CRM and reporting, while traveling frequently to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Outside sales experience in battery industry preferred with success in profitability and customer retention.
• 3+ years in outside sales with success in retention and growth in that role.

Responsabilités

• New client acquisition: seek out and develop opportunities within your territory.
• Client retention and growth: deepen relationships and drive repeat business.
• Sales team support: mentor and share best practices with the team.
• Reporting and analysis: regular reporting on activities, metrics, and market trends to support planning.
• Client presentations and negotiations: deliver compelling presentations and written quotations; negotiate contracts.
• Administrative tasks: fully utilize NetSuite as the CRM to maintain records.
• Field sales: spend at least 80% of time soliciting clients away from the office for commission eligibility.
