Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. seeks an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027 to work closely with Territory Sales Managers and sales leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience in field operations, retail execution, and analytical projects across an assigned territory.

You will analyze market trends, support performance reviews, and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership, teamwork, and business acumen within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate is currently pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use data to derive business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data for opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
